These terms govern your use of the Colorize app. By using the app you agree to them and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The service

Colorize restores, repairs, colorizes and enhances photos you choose to upload. Results are generated automatically and may differ from the original scene; colors added to black-and-white photos are an estimate.

Subscriptions

Colorize Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, billed weekly or monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Credits

Each subscription period includes a number of credits shown at the time of purchase. Each photo restoration uses 10 credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and unused credits may not carry over after your subscription ends. If a restoration fails, the credits for it are returned.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the results you receive. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not use Colorize for unlawful, harmful or misleading content, or to impersonate others.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
